　　锅圈（02517）盘中涨近14%，截至发稿，股价上涨8.83%，现报3.08港元，成交额2.14亿港元。

　　锅圈公布，已完成向中国证监会就公司股东锅圈实业及不约而同持有的公司约9.38亿股境内未上市股份转为H股的备案。基于对公司长期价值及长期发展前景富有坚定信心，锅圈实业自愿承诺，自本次全流通完成之日起的6个月内，其将不会以任何方式出售通过此次全流通转换的公司H股股份。

　　方正证券近期研报指出，展望未来，锅圈深化产供销一体化协同，数字化赋能推动增长，未来五年完成第二个万店目标。1）战略规划：围绕品牌、产品、渠道三位一体发展战略，深化产供销一体化协同效应。2）产品创新：围绕消费者在家吃饭的需求布局中餐、西餐、饮品、夜宵等新产品矩阵和消费场景。3）渠道布局：持续发展线上销售渠道，实现线上线下联动，推动销售增长。4）供应链端：公司拥有6家食材生产工厂，在满足C端销售的前提下，与B端餐饮企业进行合作。
