Singtel (SGX:Z74) is expected to dispose of shares around $1 billion in Bharti Airtel (BOM:532454, NSE:BHARTIARTL) through block deals, Business Standard reported Thursday, citing sources.
The Singaporean telco plans to sell around 47.6 million shares at 1,800 Indian rupees per share, which represents a 3.6% discount on the stock's latest closing price, the report noted.
