Hillgrove Resources (ASX:HGO) said the royalty of its South Australian Kanmantoo gold and copper project has been acquired from Freepoint Metals & Concentrates by Vox Royalty, a Toronto Stock Exchange and Nasdaq-listed mining royalty company, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The company's shares rose 6% in recent Friday trade.
