5月16日金融一线消息，近日，国家金融监督管理总局批复同意中国人寿资产管理有限公司（以下简称“国寿资产”）参与第三批保险资金长期投资改革试点。此前国寿资产已获批的前两批改革试点。

　　为进一步推进解决保险公司“长钱短配”问题，维护资本市场长期稳定发展，中央金融办等六部门1月22日联合印发《关于推动中长期资金入市工作的实施方案》，提出逐步扩大保险资金长期股票投资试点参与机构范围与资金规模。国寿资产于4月9日向国家金融监督管理总局递交申请，拟联合相关机构共同发起设立鸿鹄志远（上海）私募投资基金有限公司（以下简称“鸿鹄基金”）三期，并于5月13日获得批复。

　　此前，在国家金融监督管理总局的指导和支持下，中国人寿与相关机构联合发起设立总规模500亿元的鸿鹄基金，由国寿资产与新华资产发起设立的国丰兴华（北京）私募基金管理有限公司担任基金管理人，率先开展保险资金长期投资改革试点，并于2024年3月4日正式启动投资。截至2025年3月初，鸿鹄基金一期已成功投资落地500亿元。2025年3月5日，国家金融监督管理总局正式批复鸿鹄基金二期，计划近期投资入市，主要聚焦大市值、流动性好和较高市场影响力的优质上市公司，通过长期持有此类资产，进一步发挥长期资本、耐心资本作用。
