VPower Group International (HKG:1608) has further extended the long stop date for certain units to sell equipment to June 30 from May 16 previously, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The extension comes about in order for all conditions under the agreement to be met.
Units VPower Group, VPower Holdings, and VPower Myanmar, agreed to dispose of 343 units of mobile power generating sets and their ancillary equipment and accessories in September.
