新浪科技讯 5月16日下午消息，社交媒体有消息称，近日，小鹏汽车董事长、CEO 何小鹏做客某档栏目时，狠狠批评了一下“同行们”，引发了网友热议。

　　他表示，“一些企业只会跟风，用三倍工资挖人。这样的好处是少走了非常多的弯路，坏处是让这个社会都不想创新了，都是先模仿再超越，这个‘超越’就是做的更便宜。”

　　此视频一经传出后，虽然何小鹏没有指名道姓，但有不少网友却将目光放在了小米身上，认为何小鹏在暗指雷军。

　　今日，小鹏汽车品牌公关负责人微博发文表示，“拜托一些好事者别乱带节奏，大师兄（何小鹏）在聊的根本就不是汽车行业好么，指的是某些中小型科技公司。”

　　评论区有网友表示，“你说的是有人问谁三倍高薪挖人的事情是么？说的不是汽车行业啊？昨天有人问我，我还一顿去打听说是谁呢，又吃错瓜了…”对此，小鹏汽车品牌公关负责人表示，“放眼望去 汽车行业哪里有三倍机会…”（闫妍）
