智通财经APP讯，经济日报集团(00423)发布公告，预期本集团截至2025年3月31日止全年将取得本公司股东应占亏损约3600万港元，而截至2024年3月31日止则取得本公司股东应占溢利5400万港元。
转变主要归因于下列各项综合影响：于截至2024年3月31日止的上一财政年度取得出售物业的一次性收益1.22亿港元，部分被集团若干物业、厂房及设备以及投资物业确认减值亏损1200万港元及撇减递延所得税资产2100万港元所抵销，而本财政年度并无取得此类收益;本集团若干投资物业于截至2025年3月31日止本财政年度减值亏损约500万港元;及由于经济环境低迷以致收入较上一财政年度减少。
