手回集团三战港股IPO过聆讯，与轻松健康集团达成战略合作
瑞财经 吴文婷5月15日，手回集团有限公司（以下简称“手回集团”）通过港股IPO聆讯，中金公司、华泰国际为其联席保荐人。
据了解，这已经是手回集团第三次向港交所发起冲击，此前两次递表均因6个月期满而失效。
手回集团是一家中国人身险中介服务提供商，致力于通过人身险交易及服务平台，在线为投保人及被保险人提供保险服务解决方案。公司分销的保险产品(包括与保险公司共同开发的保险产品)由保险公司承保，其不承担任何承保风险。
根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，以2023年的长期人身险的总保费计，手回集团是中国第二大线上保险中介机构，占据7.3%的市场份额，仅次于市场上的一家主要参与者，份额为45.5%。以2023年的长期人身险的首年保费计，其为中国第二大线上保险中介机构。
据招股书，2022年-2024年，手回集团实现收入分别为8.06亿元、16.34亿元、13.87亿元；年内利润分别为1.31亿元、-3.56亿元、-1.36亿元。
值得一提的是，5月14日，手回集团与轻松健康集团宣布达成深度战略合作。
据了解，双方将围绕“精准保险服务供给、健康生态闭环构建、线上线下模式创新”三大核心方向，通过保险服务能力与全流程健康服务的深度融合，构建技术驱动型健康与保险共生生态，共同探索面向未来的业务增长极。
