贤能集团(01730.HK) 宣布，旗下共居附属公司品牌Coliwoo本月在新加坡阿拉伯街开设共居酒店Coliwoo Hotel Kampong Glam，期望为旅客提供短期住宿体验的另类选择。该酒店楼高四层，设有24间客房，每间客房面积至少15平方米，配备先进的自助登记系统，旨在为旅客提供无忧的现代生活体验。另外，Coliwoo品牌另一项目453 Balestier Road亦预期会于今年6月开业。
