智通财经APP讯，首都信息(01075)公布，于2025年5月16日，董事会获悉公司控股股东北京市国有资产经营有限责任公司(北京国资公司)有意无偿划转该公司股权，为充分发挥北京国资公司系统内企业协同作用，借助北京工业发展投资管理有限公司(北工投资)作为“产业基金+直投平台”的专业投资能力，聚焦北京市高精尖产业领域，北京国资公司拟将持有的公司43,471,291股内资股份(占公司已发行股本额约15.0%)无偿划转予其全资附属公司北工投资。2025年5月16 日，北京国资公司作出关于将北京国资公司所持公司部分股权无偿划转至北工投资的决定，北京国资公司、北工投资于2025年5月16日签订股份无偿划转协议。截至本公告日期，上述无偿划转事项尚须完成股份过户登记手续后方告生效。
北工投资系北京国资公司全资附属公司，本次无偿划转事项系控股股东下的国有资产无偿划转行为，在完成无偿划转事项后，北京国资公司将继续为公司控股股东，直接持有该公司全部已发行股本的约48.3%，并通过北工投资持有公司全部已发行股本的约 15.0%，合计持有公司全部已发行股本的约63.3%。除本次无偿划转事项外，公司治理结构无其他变更。
