创新奇智拟回购股份不超10%，金额上限1亿元
5月16日，创新奇智（02121）发布公告，拟在市场上进行股份回购。
根据2025年5月16日的年度股东会决议，董事会获授一般授权，回购股份数量不超过已发行股份总数的10%。该授权将在2025年年度股东会结束或特定决议被撤回时到期。
董事会决定行使股份回购授权，计划在公开市场上回购股份，最高金额不超过1亿元。回购资金来源于公司自有资金，回购的股份将被注销或作为库存股份。
