智通财经APP获悉，中国投融资(01226)盘中跌超32%，该股昨日一度飙升1.5倍，随后股价向下，最终收跌逾18%。截至发稿，跌26.72%，报0.96港元，成交额134.94万港元。
消息面上，中国投融资昨日发布公告称，Micro Connect (H.K.) Investment Management(MCHKI)已于5月12日通知公司，潜在企业活动将不再进行。5月11日，公司表示正与MCHKI探讨若干潜在企业活动，包括委任公司新董事(包括港交所前行政总裁李小加先生)；委任MCHKI为公司新投资经理；及建议配售不少于10亿港元的新股份。
