智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，5月13日，深圳国际(00152)股东将股票由香港上海汇丰银行转入法国巴黎银行，转仓市值7.91亿港元，占比4.15%。
据深圳国际发布的2024年度全年业绩，公司收入155.71亿港元，同比减少24.13%；股东应占纯利28.72亿港元，同比增加51.05%；每股基本盈利1.2港元；拟派发末期股息每股0.598港元。
公告称，股东应占盈利较去年同期上升51%至约港币28.72亿元，主要是受益于深国际华南物流园土地整备确认税后收益约港币23.67亿元，以及完成两个物流港项目置入华夏深国际仓储物流封闭式基础设施证券投资基金(华夏深国际REIT)并取得税后收益约港币5.87亿元。
