The collaboration, part of Select Medical's Partners in Learning & Investing in Future Talent (uPLIFT) Program, involves Chamberlain University, Education Affiliates, Herzing University, Nightingale College, and Rasmussen University. This initiative aims to offer aspiring nurses frontline experience in caring for patients in critical illness recovery and inpatient rehabilitation settings across Select Medical's network of over 140 specialty hospitals in the U.S. This partnership is expected to enhance the practical skills and confidence of more than 12,000 students graduating annually from these programs, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the complex demands of the healthcare industry.
