Tomé, and Kevin Warsh. The ratification of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for 2025 was approved. A shareowner proposal to reduce the voting power of UPS class A stock did not pass. Another shareowner proposal requesting a report on risks from voluntary carbon-reduction commitments was also not approved.
