格隆汇5月15日｜据英国《金融时报》引述消息称，特斯拉董事会已成立由特斯拉董事会主席Robyn Denholm及独立董事Kathleen Wilson-Thompson组成的特别委员会，检讨公司CEO马斯克的薪酬方案，或制定新的股票期权方案。报道称，委员会将考虑如果特斯拉无法通过法庭上诉恢复薪酬方案，是否以其他方式补偿马斯克过去的工作，任何新的股票期权方案都将取决于公司是否达成财务、营运和股价目标。美国特拉华州一个法院去年否决向马斯克给予逾500亿美元薪酬的方案，理由是特斯拉董事会的批准流程存在缺陷，对股东不公平。马斯克3月对裁决提出上诉，声称法官犯下多项法律错误。
