老铺黄金完成431万股H股配售，募资27.15亿元
5月15日，老铺黄金（06181）发布公告，宣布已完成根据一般授权配售新H股的事项。此次配售共计431万股新H股，分别占配售完成后已发行H股及总股份的约3.09%和约2.50%。配售价格为每股630港元，成功配售给不少于六名独立第三方承配人，承配人及其最终实益拥有者均不成为公司的主要股东。
公告中提到，配售所得款项总额为27.15亿元，扣除佣金及估计开支后的净额约为26.98亿元。公司计划将所得款项用于核心业务的发展，包括在中国内地的门店拓展、现有门店的优化及支持同店销售的快速增长等。此外，公告还提到公司股本和注册资本已相应修订为1.73亿元及1.73亿股，以反映此次配售后的变动。
