此外，公告还指出，读书郎科技与珠海市追梦之前有一笔原贷款，金额为500万元，目前未偿还本金为300万元，且应计利息为4.32万元。此次新贷款协议的签署旨在增加公司的利息收入，并且不会对公司的运营和财务表现产生重大负面影响。
