智通财经APP获悉，金融壹账通(06638)涨近12%，截至发稿，涨11.9%，报1.88港元，成交额1174.02万港元。
消息面上，金融壹帐通及其控股股东中国平安全资附属公司铂煜作为要约人联合公告，建议附带先决条件以协议安排方式私有化该集团及撤销港美上市地位，每股注销价2.068港元，和此前公布计划私有化之作价相同，比上一交易日收市价溢价约23.1%。公告指，鉴于股价长期表现疲弱、流动性低及市场兴趣有限，该建议为计划股东提供具吸引力的机会，以有利条款退出其投资。
