消息面上，5月15日，正大企业国际发布截至2025年3月31日止3个月业绩，收入1.65亿美元，同比增长202%；公司股东应占溢利768.8万美元，同比增长677.4%。
此前，正大企业国际发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入3.08亿美元，同比增加76.89%；公司股东应占溢利1116.8万美元，同比增加337.45%；每股溢利4.41美仙。公告称，溢利上升主要得益于本集团生化业务的强劲表现。然而，本集团工业业务应占溢利因剧烈竞争而下降。
