澜沧古茶聘请新CEO，股票依然停牌
5月13日，澜沧古茶（06911）宣布更换新CEO周信忠，周信忠从非执行董事调任为执行董事，杜春峄自周信忠担任总经理之日起不再代理总经理职务。
周信忠，50岁，在消费品及投资行业经验丰富。自2024年12月至今任莱茵生物（002166）董事，同时在2024年6月至2025年5月任澜沧古茶非执行董事。历任报喜鸟（002154）董事长、上海迪睿纺织法定代表人兼执行董事、温州源泉执行事务合伙人、上海浚泉信法定代表人兼执行董事、新相微（688593）董事。
自2025年1月6日，前任CEO王娟辞职，澜沧古茶CEO一职空悬4个月后，终于迎来新人。
2025年4月1日开始，澜沧古茶股票开始停牌。公司的全资附属公司广州康瑞澜沧古茶有限公司（下称“广州康瑞”）于2025年3月初对2025年2月末库存数据进行仓库盘点时，发现部分茶叶产品存在盘点亏损的情形，盘亏货物的总数量为4100件，对应总重量为35吨。
盘亏仍然正在进行。
