中加国信(00899.HK) 公布,就退还收购北京会展国际港展馆配套设施项目的办公用房及地下停车场,卖方已完成以现金形式退还总计1,600万元人民币(下同),其中1,117万元作为部分定金的退还,483万元作为延迟退款的现金补偿。原定本属剩余退还物业之一,位于北京市顺义区、预期代价为1,117万元的物业在接受该现金退款后,将不再纳入退还组合范围。目前集团已收到现金补偿及接获6项物业,而作为退款方案一部分的其余3项物业及106个停车位仍正待交付予集团。
集团指,鉴于当前中国房地产市场等不利环境下的各类风险与不确定性,加上集团无意长期持有退款物业,认为根据2017协议的权利接受该现金退款为更优选的退还定金方案。
集团2017年公布以2.2亿元收购该办公用房及地下停车场,后来指由于中国多家物业发展商于2024年内均面临财务困难,集团担忧卖方的财政状况可能恶化且未能完成北京物业,因此与卖方进行会面及磋商退还物业。(ss/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
