【环球网财经综合报道】据一份文件显示，特斯拉董事长Robyn Denholm在过去6个月中抛售自己的特斯拉持股，获利共达1.98亿美元。自2018年担任特斯拉董事长，Denholm通过出售特斯拉股票获得的总收益超过5.3亿美元。

Denholm股票主要源于董事会任职获得的期权。据FacetSet数据，Denholm通过期权最近获得的近100万股股票，购买价格约25美元，而这段时间特斯拉股票的市场价格是其十倍不止。上周，Denholm以每股24.73美元的价格行使期权买入超过11.2万股特斯拉股票，并在当天以超过270美元的价格售出，利润超过2700万美元。

且另一项分析指出，Denholm已经出售超过140万股的特斯拉股票，目前仍持有8.5万股股票和约4.9万份股票期权。Denholm在一份声明中强调，特斯拉董事所持股票价值上涨是因股价本身飙升，并为所有股东创造了超额回报，但并未对自身大量套现行为作出解释。

此外，FactSet另一份数据显示，过去九个月中，特斯拉内部高管，包括首席财务官等，也抛售了大量特斯拉股票，价值总计1.89亿美元。（南木）
