5月15日，阿里巴巴集团发布2025财年第四财季（截至2025年3月31日止季度）及全年财报。财报显示，该季度内，阿里巴巴集团收入2364.54亿元，同比增长7%，市场预估2379.1亿元；经调整EBITA（非公认会计准则指标）同比增长36%至326.16亿元；非公认会计准则净利润为298.47亿元，同比增长22%。报告期内，非公认会计准则摊薄每股美国存托股收益为12.52元，同比增长23%。

全年来看，阿里巴巴2025财年收入9963.47亿元，同比增长6%，经调整EBITA同比增长5%至1730.65亿元。

从具体业务来看，主营业务方面，该季度，淘天集团来自中国零售商业的收入同比增长8%，客户管理收入同比增长12%，经调整EBITA同比增长8%，电商业务扭转了增速放缓趋势。

阿里巴巴云智能集团季度收入同比增长18%，达到301.27亿元，创下三年来的最快增速；经调整EBITA为24.2亿元，同比增长69%。

其他业务方面，该季度内，阿里大文娱经调整EBITA盈利3600万，实现季度盈利，财报称主要由优酷经营效率提升实现盈利所带动；本地生活集团经调整EBITA亏损23.16亿元；菜鸟集团经调整EBITA亏损6.6亿元；阿里国际数字商业集团经调整EBITA亏损35.74亿元。
