鹏高控股(01865.HK) 公布，间接全资附属鹏高绿能新能源(广州)与中亚股权投资基金管理(深圳)订立协议，将向中亚股权投资基金管理全资持有的协鑫产业园管理(广东)，注资4,000万元人民币，紧随注资完成后将持有该公司约51%股权，令该公司经扩大注册资本达到7,843.1万元人民币。
协鑫产业园管理主要从事抽水储能电站管理，其早前通过广东省公共资源交易平台网上交易系统，以公开拍卖方式成功竞得两幅国有建设用地使用权，两幅地皮位于广东省四会市东城街道前锋村地段，土地总面积为13.33万平方米。该公司并已与四会市人民政府签订投资合同，拟开发100MW/600MWh新型高效无坝抽水储能电站及储能项目，投资额18亿元人民币。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
