智通财经APP讯，信恳智能(01967)发布公告，关于(其中包括)认购OPC的B类股份的相关事宜。诚如该公告所披露，倘若认购事项的条件(该条件为须完成投资目标股份(即Mirxes Holding Company Limited(股份代号：2629)的股份))于2025年5月16日未获达成，认购事项将自动终止，且即时生效，而OPC将于终止后的七个营业日内退还认购事项的代价。
由于认购事项的条件于2025年5月16日并未达成，认购协议及投资担保协议已于2025年5月16日失效。
董事会认为，认购协议及投资担保协议失效，将不会对本集团的业务、营运及财务状况造成任何重大不利影响。
