Jervois Global Ltd., currently in liquidation, has announced the appointment of Gayle Dickerson, David Hardy, and Ian Sutherland as liquidators. Following the commencement of chapter 11 bankruptcy in the United States on January 28, 2025, and the subsequent approval of a reorganization plan by the bankruptcy court on March 6, 2025, Jervois initiated a voluntary administration in Australia on March 12, 2025. A Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) was approved, and all conditions were declared effective on May 9, 2025. As a result, all shares in Jervois were cancelled, and shareholders are not entitled to any distribution. Jervois shares remain suspended from trading on the ASX, TSX-V, and US OTC market. Shareholders who acquired shares on or after September 20, 1985, may opt to declare a capital loss due to CGT event G3. Further details are available on KPMG's creditor information site.
