5月16日金融一线消息，据中国人民银行安阳市分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，中国建设银行股份有限公司安阳分行因九项违法行为类型，被警告，并处罚款50.7万元，违法行为类型如下：

　　1．提供虚假的统计资料；

　　2．未按规定挑剔残缺、污损人民币；

　　3．相关人员不具备反假专业能力；

　　4．未按规定收缴假币；

　　5．违反安全管理要求；

　　6．未按照规定履行客户身份识别义务；

　　7．部分机器未采取防计算机病毒的技术措施；

　　8．未制定网络安全事件应急预案；

　　9．未按规定办理网络安全等级保护定级、备案。

　　同时，吴某霞（时任中国建设银行股份有限公司安阳分行个人金融部总经理）、赵某（时任中国建设银行股份有限公司安阳分行副行长）二人对中国建设银行股份有限公司安阳分行以下违法违规行为负有责任：未按照规定履行客户身份识别义务，被罚款1.6万元。
