近日，港股乐华娱乐（02306.HK）股价连续多个交易日大涨。

5月9日至5月15日间的5个交易日内，乐华娱乐涨了约200%。不过，5月16日，乐华娱乐股价回调，截至发稿，跌7%。

消息面上，近日，乐华娱乐公告，于2025年5月9日，公司与普通合伙人订立有限合伙协议，据此，公司根据认购协议作为A类有限合伙人以资本承担额100百万港元（不包括认购费2百万港元）认购该基金中A类权益的申请已获该基金接纳。该基金名称为星光新经济产业有限合伙基金。主要目标是实现资本增值、产生收入和实现资本收益。进行认购事项的主要目的为丰富公司的投资组合，旨在提高其盈利能力。

自上市以来，乐华娱乐有过数次暴涨暴跌的情况。

2024年1月15日，乐华娱乐突然大跌25.39%，该次暴跌被认为与乐华娱乐上市一周禁售年解禁有关。

2023年1月19日，乐华娱乐在港交所挂牌上市，成为“艺人经纪第一股”。乐华娱乐当天盘中涨超50%。当时，王一博首次被介绍为乐华娱乐的股东，与创始人杜华、韩庚等一同敲锣。

乐华娱乐为艺人管理公司，成立于2009年，融资历程显示，该公司曾获多轮融资，过往投资方包括字节跳动、阿里巴巴、华人文化集团等。目前公司有着艺人管理、音乐IP制作及运营、泛娱乐业务三大业务板块。
