德康农牧获证监会备案 将2952万股内资股转为H股
5月16日，德康农牧（02419）发布公告，中国证监会已向公司出具关于实施H股全流通的备案通知书。根据通知书，公司将不超过2952万股内资股（占公司已发行股本总额的约7.59%）转为可在联交所上市流通的H股，备案通知书自2025年5月9日起有效期为12个月。
公告指出，转换及上市的实施计划尚未最终确定，需履行中国证监会、联交所及其他境内外监管部门的相关程序后方可完成。公司将遵照《上市规则》在适当时机就转换及上市的进展另行发布公告，提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时需谨慎行事。
