粉笔非执行董事李鑫辞任
5月16日，粉笔（02469）发布公告，宣布了两项重要事项：非执行董事李鑫辞任及一致行动协议的变动。
李鑫自2025年5月16日起辞去非执行董事职务，原因是希望将更多时间和精力投入个人事务。辞职后，李鑫将不再担任集团的任何其他职务，并确认与董事会并无意见分歧。
在一致行动协议方面，此前李鑫与张小龙、魏亮和李勇三位股东与李鑫签订了补充协议。辞任后李鑫不再受张小龙的指示行事，也不再与其他三位股东一致行动。董事会表示，此次变动不会对集团的运营造成重大不利影响。
