Global-e Online Q1 Loss Narrows, Revenue Grows; Q2 Outlook Issued, 2025 Guidance Maintained

Global-e Online (GLBE) reported a Q1 loss Wednesday of $0.11 per diluted share, narrowing from a loss of $0.19 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.13.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $189.9 million, up from $145.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $187.8 million.

For Q2, the Israeli e-commerce solutions provider expects revenue of $204 million to $211 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $209.2 million.

For 2025, the company maintained its previous revenue projection of $917 million to $967 million

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $929.4 million.

Shares of the company were down more than 2% in recent premarket activity.
