路透法兰克福5月14日 - 德国邮政服务集团DHL周三表示，将收购私募股权公司阿波罗（Apollo）APO.N旗下英国包裹递送企业Evri的 "重要 "少数股权，并将其与DHL英国电子商务部门合并。
DHL没有提供交易的财务条款，但表示合并后的Evri业务每年将投递超过10亿件包裹和10亿封商务信函。
