【冠城新材：公司实控人收到行政处罚事先告知书】金十数据5月16日讯，冠城新材晚间公告，近日，公司实控人、董事薛黎曦收到江西证监局的《行政处罚事先告知书》。江西证监局拟决定：一、对薛黎曦建议他人买卖冠城大通（公司原简称，下同）的行为，处以150万元罚款；二、对薛黎曦短线交易冠城大通的行为，给予警告，并处以30万元罚款。
