智通财经APP获悉，5月15日，香港证监会消息，早前提出的检控中，林泰丰(男)及其姐夫柯俊年(男)被指在2017年4月9日至2018年3月7日期间，串谋就百信国际控股有限公司(百信)股份进行虚假交易。东区裁判法院在二人承认有关控罪后，裁定他们罪名成立。法庭将案件押后至2025年6月10日判刑。二人获准保释，条件是他们缴交：(i)20,000元的保释金及(ii)50,000元的人事担保金。
资料显示，在林承认其于2017年6月2日至2018年3月14日期间，八次没有就其于百信股份的权益变动通知联交所的控罪后，法院亦裁定他罪名成立。在关键时间，林与柯串谋买入百信股份，以将股份收市价维持于某个水平或以上。在林就百信股份进行的交易中，有八次曾导致其股权水平有变，因而触发了向联交所及百信作出披露的责任。然而，林至今仍未向联交所及百信作出所规定的披露。
香港证监会法规执行部执行董事魏弘福先生（Mr Christopher Wilson）表示：“股票的市场价格应反映出真实的供求情况。以人为方式设定收市价阻碍市场重新确立真实价格，并可能会造成股票对投资者具吸引力的假象。证监会对任何削弱市场信心及廉洁稳健的市场不当行为均采取零容忍态度。”
