Regis Corporation, a leader in the haircare industry, has announced its financial results for the third fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated revenue of $57.0 million, up from $49.2 million in the same quarter the previous year. System-wide revenue for the quarter was $266.9 million, down from $286.8 million in the third quarter of 2024. The company achieved a net income of $0.3 million, a turnaround from a net loss of $2.3 million reported in the previous year. This improvement is reflected in the diluted earnings per share, which rose to $0.08 from a loss of $1.00 per share in the prior year. Regis also highlighted a 22.0% increase in operating profit and a 33.1% increase in Adjusted EBITDA. The company generated more than $6 million in positive cash from operations during the quarter, marking two consecutive quarters of cash from operations for the first time since Q1 2018. This achievement aligns with Regis Corporation's transformational strategy aimed at driving sustainable, profitable growth. Despite these positive developments, the company experienced a year-to-date loss from continuing operations of $1.4 million, compared to a loss of $2.2 million in the same period of 2024, primarily due to decreased operating income.
