截至2025年4月30止4个月，本集团的合约销售金额约为人民币3.23亿元，同比增加11.76%;及本集团的权益合约销售金额约为人民币3.05亿元。同期，本集团的销售面积为27,733平方米及权益销售面积为24,934平方米，本集团的销售均价约为每平方米人民币11,654元及权益销售均价约为每平方米人民币12,244元。
