　　招商局港口（00144）午前股价上涨3.08%，现报14.08港元，成交额7785.82万港元。

　　近日，招商局港口发布公告，宣布与Ocean Offshore签署了一项结构性租赁协议。根据结构性租赁协议，HIPG同意向Ocean Offshore转让设备的所有法律及实益权利、所有权及权益，而Ocean Offshore同意接纳及获授设备的所有法律及实益权利、所有权及权益，借以让Ocean Offshore其后于租赁期内即时将设备回租予HIPG。
