【高瓴减持百济神州，业内人士：基金到期，LP有分配的需求，系正常退出】金十数据5月15日讯，百济神州发布公告称，公司股东HHLRFund,L.P.及其联属实体于5月9日减持公司境外流通股股份1600万股，持股比例从6.03%降至4.89%，不再为公司持股5%以上股东。值得注意的是，截至2024年9月30日，HHLRFund,L.P.及其联属实体持股为10.31%。这意味着7个多月的时间，高瓴减持的比例高达5.42个百分点，卖掉了一半以上的持股。有业内人士对南财快讯记者表示，基金投资期一般不超过10年，高瓴此番减持主要是投资百济神州时间超10年，目前基金到期，LP有分配的需求，这是基金正常退出。“对投资机构来说，生意模式就是投资不同的标的，锁定收益退出后去看新投资，才能做资产再配置。”
