中国恒大(03333.HK) 清盘人发布通告，根据法院于4月17日作出的指示令，要求自认为公司债权人的人士提交债权证明，并向有意在本次清盘中担任可能成立审查委员会委员的人士索取意向书，期限为今年6月13日下午6时或之前。
清盘人表示，目前所索取的资料主要是为了得悉公司债权人组成的整体情况，以及在审查委员会必须作为代表整体债权人的基础下，挑选认为合适担任可能成立的审查委员会的委员人选。由于预期仍将有一段时间才可宣布摊还任何债款，清盘人计划只会于其认为是宣布首次摊还债款适当的时候，才会就有关债权证明作出判定。
恒大的股份自去年1月29日起暂停买卖，并将继续停牌，直至另行通知。(gc/w)
