自 5 月 16 日起暂停 USDJ 的新增存款与借款功能；
逐步下调 USDJ 抵押因子，建议用户及时将 USDJ 替换为其他受支持的资产（如 USDD 、USDT 等）；
过渡期内（至 8 月 31 日），继续维持 USDJ 在主要 DEX（如 SunSwap）上的流动性与兑换渠道。
