路透北京5月15日 - 中国汽车制造商--吉利汽车0175.HK周四公布，一季度净利同比暴增264%，营收增25%；得益于新能源盈利能力全面改善，规模效应突显，带来盈利能力的大幅提升。报告期内公司销量创历史新高，毛利亦同比增长。
该公司刊登在港交所的财报显示，一季度归母溢利56.7亿元人民币，同比增264%；收入725亿元，同比增25%。
吉利汽车在美上市附属公司--极氪ZK.N同步披露的业绩显示，该公司一季度营收219.6亿元，同比增1%；净利达5.1亿元，上年同期为净亏5.4亿元。
吉利一季度销量70.38万辆，同比增长48%，创下历史新高。
该公司此前预计，一季度净利润同比增220-270%，至52-58亿元，季度销量创历史新高。
在极氪登陆美股近一周年之际，吉利汽车上周三表示，为推动内部资源深度整合和高效协同，杜绝重复投入，降低成本，向极氪提交了非约束性报价函，有意对其进行私有化建议，收购所有已发行及发行在外的极氪股份及美国存托股票。（完）
