智通财经APP讯，中赣通信(02545)发布公告，于2025年5月13日，董事会接获来自李银国的通知，表示为投入更多时间处理个人事务，彼将于公司应届股东周年大会结束时退任，且将不会于股东周年大会上重选连任。因此，李银国亦将不再担任公司薪酬委员会主席及公司审核委员会成员，自股东周年大会结束时生效。
董事会建议委任赵和震为独立非执行董事，以填补李银国退任后的董事会空缺。委任赵和震须经股东于股东周年大会上以普通决议案批准，如获批准，将自股东周年大会结束时生效。
于李银国退任后，赵和震将于其获委任为独立非执行董事生效后获委任为薪酬委员会主席及审核委员会成员。
