风财讯：5月13日晚间，红星美凯龙发布公告，收到董事车建兴(亦作车建新)及其家属通知，近日收到云南省监察委员会电话通知，对车建兴进行立案调查并实施留置措施。

截至目前，截至目前，红星美凯龙尚未收到任何书面形式《留置通知书》《立案通知书》，亦未收到云南省监察委员会需要协助调查或提供任何资料的要求。

车建兴为红星美凯龙创始人和原董事会主席，于2023年1月正式辞去公司副董事长及执行董事职务。
