5月13日，日清食品（01475）发布公告，披露截至2025年3月31日的三个月未经审核综合财务资料。报告显示，公司本期收入为10.72亿港元，较2024年同期的9.63亿港元增加了11.3%。
其中，香港及其他地区的业务收入增长15.2%，主要由于面类业务表现稳健及非面类业务恢复增长。此外，中国内地业务收入也增长了9.1%（按当地货币计算为+10.8%），显示出公司在扩大内陆地区销售方面的努力成效。
在财务数据方面，本期毛利为3.76亿港元，较去年同期的3.47亿港元增加8.5%。尽管收入和毛利上升，公司的期内溢利为1.1亿港元，较2024年的1.18亿港元减少6.7%。每股基本及摊薄盈利为10.54港分，较上年的11.3港分有所下降。
