智通财经APP获悉，知行科技(01274)高开逾10%，截至发稿，涨10.1%，报17.88港元，成交额202.58万港元。
消息面上，5月12日，知行科技旗下专注机器人研发及商业化的全资子公司艾摩星机器人与苏州小工匠机器人有限公司（“小工匠”）签署股权转让框架协议，艾摩星机器人将出资收购小工匠大部分股份，成为控股股东。公司表示将协同艾摩星在投融资，软硬件设计，供应链及生产制造等方面加速小工匠机器人的产业化进程。同时结合大模型算法，加速实现针对特定应用场景的AI+机器人的产业化落地。
西部证券表示，公司有望凭借多年配套域控制器的量产经验，以及和奇瑞、吉利等客户的良好合作基础，不断提升域控制器领域的市占率，同时加速海外市场&机器人领域的拓展。首予“增持”评级。
