减少主要由于投资物业公允值亏损7124.4万元(去年同期：250.9万元)、商誉减值拨备1.04亿元(去年同期：1226.8万元)、物业、厂房及设备减值拨备9641.9万元(去年同期：零)及无形资产减值拨备1279.5万元(去年同期：零)。撇除该等因素的影响，2025财政年度的公司权益拥有人应占溢利为23.50亿元，按年微升1.3%。期内，集团总收益172.49亿元，同比减少8.24%。其中，沙发及配套产品共实现收入约117.43亿元，较上年同期的约126.59亿元下降约7.2%。床具及配套产品实现收入约为24.08亿元，较上年同期的约29.88亿元下降约19.4%。其他产品的收入约16.66亿元，较上年同期的约18.2亿元，下降约8.4%。来自房地产、酒店以及家居商场及其他物业租赁的收入达到约3.09亿元，较上年同期的约2.71亿元增长约14.0%。期内，毛利率由39.4%上升至40.5%。
