消息面上，OPEC+通过策略性增产应对成员国履约失衡及市场份额收缩，以价格博弈重构全球原油定价权格局。2025第二季度，OPEC+逐步开始缩减自愿减产规模，至2026年解除自愿式减产。并且，相较于3月初公布的最初增产计划，OPEC+ 已经连续两个月加快增产步伐。
华源证券发布研报称，近期OPEC+的连续超预期增产主要来自中东地区的主要产油国，如沙特阿拉伯和伊拉克，其原油出口主要面向亚洲市场，主要依赖VLCC进行海运。若OPEC+在2025年10月前完全恢复220万桶/日的自愿减产措施，中东部分增产(约156.3万桶/日)增加VLCC需求，利好VLCC市场后续表现。
