Informatica Inc. has announced an expansion of its partnership with Salesforce to deliver AI-driven customer intelligence through a new integration with Salesforce's Agentforce platform. This collaboration aims to enhance customer experiences by integrating Informatica's Intelligent Data Management Cloud™ with Agentforce, augmenting AI agents for sales and service with enriched customer data. The solution will leverage Informatica's Master Data Management to provide comprehensive customer insights, improve service interactions, and personalize engagement. The new capabilities are expected to be available on the Salesforce AppExchange globally in the second half of 2025.
