路透5月14日 - 据英国金融时报周三报导，特斯拉 TSLA.O 董事会已经成立了一个特别委员会，负责研究首席执行官马斯克的薪酬问题，这可能会导致他获得一揽子新的股票期权。
该报援引几位熟悉内情的人士的话报导称，该委员会由两名成员组成，包括特斯拉董事会主席德诺姆(Robyn Denholm)和独立董事会成员Kathleen Wilson-Thompson。
金融时报称，如果特斯拉今年无法通过法院上诉恢复2018年的薪酬协议，该委员会还将研究其他方式来补偿马斯克过去的工作。
